Ingredients for 2 servings:
6 slices of whole wheat toast bread
⅔ block of smoked tofu
¼ avocado, thinly sliced
4 small lettuce leaves
4 large slices of tomato
2 tbsp Mayo Vegan Sauce by Condito The Green Line
Method:
Toast the bread and let it cool for a while. Take a slice of toast bread and add the lettuce, the tomato, the tofu, and the avocado. Take the second slice of toast bread, spread a tbsp of Mayo Vegan Sauce on it and top your sandwich with it. Repeat the same process once more, cut the sandwiches in half or quarters, and enjoy.
