Ingredients for 4 sandwiches:
8 slices of whole wheat toast
4 slices of vegan yellow cheese
smoked tofu cut into thin slices
4 lettuce leaves
1 tomato
1 cucumber
4 tbsp Mayo Vegan Sauce by Condito The Green Line
Method:
Cut the tomato into thin slices. Peel the cucumber and cut it into thin slices. Prepare the sandwich by spreading 1 tbsp of Mayo Vegan Sauce on a slice of toast, add a slice of vegan yellow cheese, one slice of smoked tofu, one lettuce leaf, one tomato slice and a few slices of cucumber. Cover with a second slice of toast and repeat for the remaining sandwiches.
