Ingredients for 4 servings / one large bowl of salad:
1 package Vegan Russian Salad Spread by Condito The Green Line (250 gr)
4 green onions, chopped
4 red roasted peppers
fresh herbs, finely chopped
2 tbsp sunflower seeds, roasted
2 tbsp whole grain sesame, roasted
2 tbsp chopped walnuts, roasted
500 gr whole wheat pasta
salt and pepper
Method:
Use a large bowl to prepare your salad.
Add the Vegan Russian Salad Spread by Condito The Green Line in the bowl, along with the onions, peppers, herbs, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, and walnuts and mix everything together. In the meantime, prepare the pasta.
Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the package. Then, strain them well and transfer to the bowl with the other ingredients.
Finally, add fresh pepper, stir and serve.
