Ingredients for 4 servings:
100 gr spinach, washed
1 tbsp olive oil
salt
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 avocado
a little juice from 1 lemon
4 tbsp Mayo Vegan Sauce by Condito The Green Line
500 gr. whole-wheat pasta
Method:
Start by preparing the pesto. Add the spinach in a food processor and chop it finely. Transfer to a large bowl. Add the olive oil, salt, garlic, avocado, lemon juice and mix well with a fork. Add the Mayo Vegan Sauce by Condito The Green Line and continue to stir.
In the meantime, prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the package. When the pasta is ready, mix it with the spinach pesto and serve.
