Ingredients for 2 wraps:
For the soy fillets
olive oil
100 gr soy fillets or soy kebab
1 onion cut into thin slices
1 red pepper cut into slices
3/4 tsp salt
black pepper
two pinches of oregano
For the wraps
2 tortillas
1 sliced tomato
1/2 sliced cucumber
4 tbsp Vegan White Spicy Spread by Condito The Green Line
Method:
For the soy fillets
Soak the soy fillets in warm water to soften. Pat them dry and cut them into thin slices. In a non-stick pan, over medium to high heat, add a little olive oil. Once heated, add the onion, pepper and soy fillets. Saute until it’s golden brown. Add salt and black pepper and mix. Finish with the oregano. You can also add a little lemon juice.
For the wraps
Spread some Vegan White Spicy Spread on a tortilla. Add a few slices of tomato and cucumber and a portion of your pan mixture on top and enjoy!
