Ingredients for one pizza / 4 servings
For the dough
300 g all-purpose flour for pizza
7 g dry yeast
180 g warm water
20 g olive oil
5 g sugar
5 g salt
A little flour or semolina to roll open the pizza dough
For the sauce
200 g grated tomato
1 tbsp Vegan Pesto Basilico by Condito the Green Line
For the pizza
1 package (250g) Classic Style by Condito the Green Line
10 cherry tomatoes
Olives, pitted and sliced
For serving
Basil leaves
Instructions:
In a large bowl, add the flour and make a well in the center. Add the yeast and all the other wet ingredients and knead. You should have a firm but also quite moist dough. Transfer it to a bowl, cover and let it rise for at least two hours. Prepare the sauce by mixing the grated tomato with the Vegan Pesto Basilico.
When the dough is ready, preheat the oven along with the baking tray to the highest temperature (top and bottom heat). Shape the dough into a ball, sprinkle with flour or semolina and spread open with your fingers. Spread the sauce over the dough. Add the Classic Style Vegan Cheese Alternative, cherry tomatoes and olives.
Bake for about 10 minutes, on the lowest rack (at the highest temperature), raise to the middle, bake for 5 minutes and serve with extra Vegan Pesto Basilico and basil leaves.
