Ingredients for 4 servings:
For the vegan cheese burger:
4 vegetable patties
4 slices American Style, Cheddar flavour vegan cheese alternative by Condito The Green Line
4 tomato slices
finely chopped lettuce
finely chopped lollo rosso
For the roast pepper sauce:
1 tbsp roast pepper paste
2 tbsp Mayo Vegan Sauce by Condito The Green Line
To serve:
4 burger buns
Method:
Prepare the vegetable patties according to the package instructions. When they are done, place a slice of American style, cheddar flavour vegan cheese alternative on each and leave for a few minutes until the cheese is melted.
Cut the buns in half and place them in the oven for a few minutes with the fan on to toast them. Prepare the roast pepper sauce. Mix all the ingredients together until you have a homogeneous sauce.
As soon as the patties are ready, you can serve them. Place the bottom half of the toasted bun and spread the roasted peppers sauce. Place the patty with the melted american style, cheddar flavor vegan cheese alternative on to it, then a tomato slice, the lettuce, and the lollo rosso. Spread the pepper sauce on the other buns. Top the burgers and serve.
