Ingredients for one sandwich:
For the sun-dried tomato sauce:
100 gr. sun-dried tomato paste
200 gr. Mayo Vegan Sauce by Condito The Green Line
For the toasties:
2 slices of toasting bread
2 slices American Style, Cheddar flavour vegan cheese alternative
some finely chopped lettuce
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180oC with the fan on. Prepare the sun-dried tomato sauce. In a bowl, mix the sun-dried tomato paste with the Mayo Vegan Sauce. Spread the sun-dried tomato sauce on the bread slices, add the american style, cheddar flavour vegan cheese alternative, the finely chopped lettuce, and cook in the oven until the american style, cheddar flavour vegan cheese alternative has melted. Alternatively, you can toast the sandwich in a toaster or in a frying pan, using no fat, on medium heat. You can serve it immediately or let it cool down and wrap it up.
