Ingredients for one pizza/8 slices:
For the dough:
300 gr hard flour (for pizza)
7 gr dry yeast
170 ml lukewarm water
20 ml olive oil
½ tsp salt
For the sauce:
4 tbsp grated tomato
1 tbsp olive oil
basil
salt and pepper
For the pizza:
200 gr Mixed Style grated Vegan Cheese Alternative by Condito The Green Line
12 olives, sliced
1 pepper, sliced
12 cherry tomatoes cut in half
Method:
Add the flour in a bowl and form a well in the middle. Add the yeast, salt and all other liquids and knead. The dough should be firm but also quite moist at the same time.
Cover with a lid and let it rest for about 30′ to rise. Time to prepare the sauce! In another bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Using a rolling pin or by hand, roll out the dough into a sheet.
Place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Spread the sauce on the dough, add the Mixed Style vegan cheese alternative by Condito The Green Line, the olives, peppers and cherry tomatoes.
Bake for 18′ or until the vegan cheese has melted.
