Ingredients for 4 servings:
2 tbsp Mayo Vegan Sauce by Condito The Green Line
200 gr spinach, washed
1 garlic clove
salt and pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1 ripe avocado
200 gr Mixed Style grated vegan cheese alternative by Condito The Green Line
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Add the Mayo Vegan Sauce by Condito The Green Line in a food processor along with the spinach, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, avocado and blend until you have a nice cream. Stir in the grated Vegan Mixed Style cheese alternative.
Transfer to a baking tray and bake for about 20′ or until the vegan cheese has melted.
Serve with toasted bread.
