Ingredients for 8-10 servings:
For the base:
200 gr dates, pitted
150 gr oats
50 gr almond powder
5 gr cinnamon
For the filling:
400 gr chocolate 65%, melted
250 ml oat drink (or other plant-based drink), hot
2 tbsp instant coffee
100 gr Mayo Vegan Sauce by Condito The Green Line
For serving:
cocoa powder
100 gr red fruits
Method:
Start with preparing the filling. Mix the chocolate well with the hot oat drink, until the chocolate is completely melted. Add the coffee, Mayo Vegan Sauce and stir again.
Let your liquid reach room temperature.
Use a 20cm tart tin.
Put the dates in hot water and leave them for about 15 minutes or until they soften. Then, drain the dates and puree them. Add the almond powder and cinnamon and mix until you have a firm dough.
Leave it for about 15’ in the fridge to tighten.
In your tart tin, spread the dough out evenly with your wet fingers. Pour the chocolate cream and leave the tart in the fridge to become firm.
Serve with some sprinkled cocoa and red fruit on top.
