Ingredients for 4 servings:
For the mushroom burger:
2 potatoes, boiled
100 gr mushrooms, grated
2 green onions, finely chopped
fresh herbs
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
salt and pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Mayo Vegan Sauce by Condito The Green Line
1 cup grated breadcrumbs
For serving:
4 slices of American Style Cheddar Flavor, semi-hard Vegan Cheese Alternative by Condito The Green Line
4 burger buns

Method:
Preheat the oven to 200°C, with air. Use a large bowl to prepare the burgers. Smash the potatoes with a fork and add them to the bowl. Add the grated mushrooms, onion, herbs, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper, Mayo Vegan Sauce by Condito The Green Line and breadcrumbs.
Now form the 4 burger patties. Once you make the burgers, cook them in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the American Style vegan cheese has melted. Place the buns in the oven for just a few minutes. When the burgers are ready, you are ready for serving.
Place half the buns (bottom half) side by side and spread some Mayo Vegan Sauce by Condito The Green Line. Add the lettuce and the patty with the melted vegan cheese on top. Finally, put some Mayo Vegan Sauce by Condito The Green Line on the other buns (top half) and close.
They are ready to serve.
