Ingredients for 2 servings:
500 gr oyster mushrooms
olive oil
1 tbsp BBQ spice mix
2/3 tsp salt
1 large cucumber
40 gr baby spinach
20-22 cherry tomatoes
10-12 olives
2 tbsp Vegan White Spicy Spread by Condito The Green Line

Method:
Tear the mushrooms into thin strips using your hands. Heat some olive oil in a pan. Add the mushrooms and cook for approximately 15 minutes on high heat, stirring from time to time. Towards the end, add 1 tbsp BBQ spice mix and 2/3 tsp salt.
Wash the cherry tomatoes, the cucumber, and spinach. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and the cucumber in slices, and then in halves again.
Add all the ingredients in a deep dish. Garnish with a large tbsp of Vegan White Spicy Spread by Condito The Green Line and drizzle some olive oil on top.
