Ingredients for 6-8 servings:
200 gr. White Greek Style vegan cheese alternative by Condito The Green Line
500 gr chopped spinach
fresh herbs, finely chopped
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp Mayo Vegan Sauce by Condito The Green Line
500 gr large shell pasta
250 gr grated tomato
salt and pepper
Method:
In a bowl, add the spinach, salt it and rub it with your hands until it softens. Add the herbs and onions. Use a large bowl to prepare the filling.
Dice the white Greek Style vegan cheese and blend it in a food processor. Mix it with the spinach, add the Mayo Vegan Sauce and mix.
In the meantime, boil the pasta in lots of salted water for 5′ and strain.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Spread the grated tomato on your baking tray, transfer the pasta and stuff them with the filling you prepared. Bake for about 20’ or until the pasta is ready.
It’s ready to serve.
