For the tomato fritters
1 diced tomato
1 onion, finely chopped
parsley, finely chopped
dill, finely chopped
salt
pepper
paprika
1 tbsp olive oil for the mixture
4 tablespoons flour
olive oil for frying

Method:
Finely chop all your ingredients. Add everything to a bowl, saving the flour for last. Mix everything well until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
Heat up the olive oil in a frying pan until hot. Fry the tomato patties on both sides until golden brown.
Serve and enjoy with Vegan White Spicy Spread.
