Ingredients:
1 tbsp coarse salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
5 potatoes
4 tbsp Mayo Vegan Sauce with Mild Mustard by Condito The Green Line
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp rosemary
Salt
Black pepper
Method:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces about 3 fingers thick. In a pot of boiling water, add the coarse salt and baking soda. Add the potatoes and boil for about 8 to 10 minutes, until they are soft on the outside, but without them being turned to mush. In a bowl, add the Mayo Vegan Sauce with Mild Mustard, olive oil, salt and black pepper and mix well.
Preheat oven to 200℃. Put the potatoes into a colander. Rinse them with cold water. Rub the potatoes on the colander surface. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and add the potatoes. Add the olive oil – Mayo Vegan Sauce marinade and mix well. Transfer to the oven and bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
