Ingredients for 4 servings:
8 medium-sized potatoes
2 tbsp butter
Salt
Pepper
6 tbsp Mayo Vegan Sauce by Condito the Green Line
1 (250 g) package Classic Style by Condito the Green Line
For serving:
Spring onions, chopped
Pickled cucumbers
Fresh herbs
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash the potatoes well and mash them with a fork. Place them in the oven and bake for about 40 minutes or until tender.
When they are ready, cut them open and (with a spoon) scoop out some of the inside to create space for the filling. Add the butter to the warm potatoes, salt, and pepper.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Finely chop the Classic Style and combine it with the Mayo Vegan Sauce, spring onions, salt, and pepper. Fill the potatoes. Bake for about ten minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serve with chopped spring onions, pickled cucumbers, and fresh herbs on top.
