Ingredients for 4 servings:
For the salad
2 carrots, grated
1/2 cabbage, finely chopped
1 green apple, cut into slices
1 handful of walnuts
For the dressing
3 tbsp Mayo Vegan Sauce by Condito The Green Line
1 tsp honey
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
Method:
Slice the cabbage in half and remove the stem and outer leaves. Chop the cabbage finely and add it to a large bowl. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and add them to the bowl. Mix well. Chop the green apple, add it to the bowl, add a handful of walnuts, and mix.
Next, prepare the salad dressing. Add all the ingredients together in a large container and mix well. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well to combine all the ingredients.
Sprinkle with extra walnuts and enjoy!
