Ingredients for 1 serving:
125 g okra
1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp paprika
Salt
1 tbsp olive oil
Mayo Vegan Sauce with Mild Mustard by Condito the Green Line
Instructions:
Wash and dry the okra thoroughly. Cut off the stems and cut larger okra in half.
In a bowl, combine the cornstarch, paprika, and salt. Add the okra to the bowl and toss to coat. Add the olive oil and toss again.
Arrange the okra in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook at 200°C for 9-10 minutes. Shake the basket halfway through cooking.
Serve with Mayo Vegan Sauce with Mild Mustard.
