Ingredients for 4 servings:
For the beetroot salad:
1 package of Mayo Vegan Sauce by Condito The Green Line
1 tbsp vinegar
1 garlic clove
100 gr roasted walnuts
400 gr boiled beets, diced
salt
For serving:
chopped herbs
toasted bread
Method:
Use a large bowl to prepare the salad.
Add the Mayo Vegan Sauce, vinegar, garlic, walnuts and beets.
Mix the salad adding the salt and continue stirring.
Serve with chopped herbs and toasted bread.
