Sandwich with roasted red peppers, avocado and Vegan Pesto Basilico

PREP TIME: 10′

Ingredients for 4 sandwiches:

4 tbsp of Vegan Pesto Basilico by Condito The Green Line

8 slices of whole wheat bread

2 roasted red peppers

1 avocado, sliced

1 tomato, sliced

1 cucumber, in strips

Method:

Spread Vegan Pesto Basilico by Condito The Green Line on four slices of bread. Add the peppers, avocado, tomato, cucumber, drizzle some more Vegan Pesto Basilico on top, close the sandwiches with the remaining slices of bread, and serve.
