Ingredients for 6-8 servings
1 glass Mayo Vegan Sauce with Mild Mustard
1 package small tortilla wraps
1 package mushrooms
1 onion
Shredded red cabbage
2 ripe avocados
100 g spinach
Salt
Pepper
Sesame seeds for sprinkling
Chopped parsley
Instructions:
Chop the mushrooms and onion. Sauté them in a pan with a little olive oil. Add the spinach until it wilts. Add salt, pepper and sauté for another minute.
Spread out the tortillas and add the avocado, mushrooms, shredded cabbage and a tablespoon of Mayo Vegan Sauce with Mild Mustard.
You can sprinkle with sesame seeds and parsley.
