Ingredients for 8 servings:
1 pack vegan puff pastry
For the filling
250 g Vegan White Spicy Spread by Condito The Green Line
100 g zucchini, sliced
10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 red pepper, finely chopped
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Method:
Prepare the base of the tart. Spread the puff pastry on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 15 minutes. The puff pastry will puff up but will not be completely baked.
In a bowl, toss the zucchini, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, spring onions, olive oil, salt and pepper. Fill the tart with the vegetables and bake for another 15 minutes. Add the Vegan White Spicy Spread and serve.
