Ingredients for 4 servings:
For the stuffed peppers:
200 gr Vegan White Greek Style by Condito The Green Line
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
2 tbsp Mayo Vegan Sauce by Condito The Green Line
1 tbsp paprika
fresh pepper
12 peppers
a little oil for baking
For serving:
salad leaves
toasted bread
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Grate the White Greek Style vegan cheese in the food processor or grater. Add the onions, garlic, Mayo Vegan Sauce, paprika, pepper and stir.
Using a knife, carve the peppers and fill them with the mixture you prepared. Drizzle a little oil on your baking tray, place the peppers and bake for about 20′ or until the vegan cheese alternative has melted.
Serve with some toasted bread and a green salad on the side.
