Ingredients for 6 servings:
200 gr Mixed Style grated vegan cheese alternative by Condito The Green Line
200 gr mushrooms, chopped
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
50 ml oil
salt and pepper
fresh herbs, finely chopped
50 ml oil
50 gr whole wheat flour
700 ml almond drink
500 gr shell pasta or other pasta
Method:
You will need a pan for your pasta and one for the mushroom cream.
Prepare the mushrooms in the pan. Add the mushrooms, garlic, oil, salt and pepper and cook over medium heat until the mushrooms are well cooked.
In the meantime, boil the pasta in plenty of salted water, according to the instructions on the package.
When your mushrooms are ready, toss in the herbs and transfer them in a bowl. You will use the same pan to prepare the cream. Add the flour with the oil and leave them to rest for a few minutes. Add the almond drink and stir until you have a nice, thick sauce. Add the Vegan Mixed Style cheese, the mushrooms and mix.
When the pasta is ready, strain it and mix it together with the mushroom cream.
They are ready to serve!
