Ingredients for 4 servings:
For the filling:
4 tbsp Mayo Vegan Sauce by Condito The Green Line
100 gr Mixed Style grated Vegan Cheese Alternative by Condito The Green Line
200 gr boiled corn
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp mustard by Condito
fresh herbs
For the sandwich:
8 slices of toast bread
1 tomato, sliced
Method:
Prepare the filling. Add the Mayo Vegan Sauce, Mixed Style vegan cheese alternative, corn, onions, mustard, and fresh herbs in a bowl and mix.
Preheat the oven to 180°C, with air.
Prepare the sandwiches. Lay the four slices of toast bread side by side, split the filling evenly and dress them with tomatoes. Cover with a lid and bake for about 10′ or until the vegan cheese has melted.
The sandwiches are ready to serve!
